Welcome to Hivemana! Thank you for choosing to use our services. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully as they govern your access and use of our integrated platform.


These Terms cover your use and access to features, templates, sites, mobile applications, and other tools ("Services") provided by Hivemana.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Hivemana, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, (collectively, the "Agreement"). We may update these Terms ocassionally. We will notify you of any significant changes and update the Terms on this page. If you do not agree to any of these Terms, you must not use or access the Services.


2. Use of Services

  1. Age Requirement

    You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using Hivemana, you confirm that you meet the age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.


  2. User Responsibilities

    You agree and warrant that you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. We are not liable for any loss or damage that may result from your failure to comply with these Terms. You are responsible for taking precautions to protect yourself and your account from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. You agree to immediately notify Hivemana of any unauthorized use of your account or password.


3. Free and Subscription Plans

Hivemana offers a variety of Services that can be accessed through free or subscription plans. The details for each plan is outlined in the pricing section of our services.


  1. Free Plan

    The free plan offers you a limited access to our Services at no cost. These free services may be subjected to limitations in terms of functionality, usuage, or access. By selecting the free plan, you agree to use our services at no cost and acknowledge the limitations specified in the free plan section of our services.


  2. Subscription Plans

    Access to additional features and enhanced functionalities of our services will require a paid subscription. These subscription plans provide premium access to our Services not available to the free plan. The pricing for each plan is outlined in the pricing section of our services. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay the fees listed in the pricing section.

By using Hivemana, you acklowledge that you have read and understand the distinction between free and subscription-based plans, as well as the terms and conditions associated with each type of plan.


4. Payments and Transactions

  1. Billing

    Subscriptions will be billed monthly until cancelled by you. Hivemana will notify you of any changes to the subscription fees.


  2. Cancellation

    You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. No refunds will be issued for fees paid prior to the cancellation.


  3. Termination

    Hivemana reserves the right to cancel, remove, or modify services being offered without any contractual obligation to you. You agree that we may terminate your access to our services at any time for any reason, including, but not limited to, your breach of these Terms or your failure to comply with these Terms. Upon termination of your subscription, you will no longer have access to the features and services of Hivemana.


5. Notifications

  1. Types of Notifications

    Notifications may be sent to you via email, SMS, or through our app, depending on the preferences you have set for each notification type.


  2. Waitlist Notfications

    By subscribing to our waitlist, you consent to receive notifications including but not limited to, updates on the status of the waitlist, service availability, and other relevant information.


  3. Email Notifications

    You may receive email notifications from Hivemana regarding your account, including but not limited to, account creation, account activation, password reset, and other relevant information.


  4. Opt-Out

    If you do not wish to receive any notifications from Hivemana, you may opt-out of receiving notifications by following the instructions provided in the notification settings or by contacting us at support@hivemana.com.


6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information when you use our services. By using Hivemana, you confirm that you have read and understand our Privacy Policy.


7. Intellectual Property
  1. Ownership

    Hivemana retains all intellectual property rights in and to the Services, including, but not limited to, all copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, and other proprietary rights.


  2. Trademarks

    "Hivemana", our logos, and other distinctive brand features are trademarks of Hivemana. You may not use any of our trademarks without our prior written consent.


  3. Feedback

    Any feedback, comments, ideas or suggestions you provide regarding our services(collectively, “Feedback”) is entirely voluntary. You agree to grant Hivemana the ability to use, copy, distribute, modify and reproduce the Feedback without any restriction or obligation to you, even after this Agreement is terminated.


  4. Restrictions

    You many not attempt to derive the code of any part of the Services and agree to not use Hivemana's intellectual property in any way that competes with the Services.
